Why use us?

All our buffets are made with quality ingredients   We do not buy mass produced or frozen products and just cook and serve (we think you deserve better) We use locally sourced produce, helping to cut down on food miles and helping the local economy at the same time Where we can't use local produce we use fair-trade products, helping small scale farmers in the developing world We help young people back into education or onto employment We only use quality crockery that can be re used. We do not use disposable plates, as this is wasteful.
